'once' is truly one of the best musical movies i've seen in years (second to 'hedwig and the angry inch'), very fresh, surprising, and inspirational. thanks N'Mai for introducing this movie to me. the movie got the Oscar for the best original song, "falling slowly." the speech by Marketa Irglova below is deeply touching...
Glen Hansard: “Thanks! This is amazing. What are we doing here? This is mad. We made this film two years ago. We shot on two Handycams. It took us three weeks to make. We made it for a hundred grand.
