I've finally arrived Bangkok, Thailand safely after spending almost two weeks in Japan. It has been the first difficult four days so far with a lot of adjustment on my part. As you know, living in Bangkok doesn't seem to be a very pleasant lifestyle, definitely not as much as that in Boulder or Crestone, Colorado. The weather is hot and humid; the traffic is horrible; pollution is everywhere, etc. I have been doing my best to hold my vajra seat in the midst of this important re-entering process. I have already set up my shrine and have begun to do my daily practice. That seems to be the only thing that helps.
The sound of ghanta and damura seem quite strange in Thailand, but at least they have been sounded on this land already.
