The more we look at our lives, the more we discover that we are failures, incompetent on some very basic level. We find ourselves constantly defeated in relation to what we are try to do "out there." It doesn't mean that we can't have jobs, relationships, families and so on. But we can never quite completely "pull it off," whatever "it" may be. We find ourselves, again alone, empty-hearted and without that ego enthusiasm that we all look for. Again, this is the entry - let us step into this space of defeat with confidence and joy - it is our freedom.
