Sister Tenzin Palmo is going to be a keynote speaker for SEM annual lecture on the topic, "The role of female sramanas on global healings." The lecture will be held at School of Education, Chulalongkorn University on January, 9 2007. She's also going to lead another workshop at the Wongsanit Ashram between Jan11-14.

Sister Palmo played a very important role in Trungpa Rinpoche's life as well as the XVI Karmapa's. She found Trungpa Rinpoche the Spalding scholarship for his study in the UK and was the Karmapa's personal translator. She's a very disciplined and devoted practitioner who has spent most of her life in strict retreats.
